Wicked London Cast

Update January 2010

Rachel Tucker and Louise Dearman will be taking over the West End's most sought after leading lady roles of Elphaba and Glinda. The present "witches of Oz", Alexia and Dianne, play their last performance Saturday 27 March 2010.

Wicked Company:

  • Current cast: Alexia Khadime (Elphaba), Dianne Pilkington (Glinda), Oliver Tompsett (Fiyero), Sam Kelly (The Wizard), Harriet Thorpe (Madame Morrible), Natalie Anderson (Nessarose), Alex Jessop (Boq), David Stoller (Doctor Dillamond), Ashleigh Gray (Standby for Elphaba) and Sarah Earnshaw (Standby for Glinda), and the ensemble.
  • Rachel and Louse: Irish WICKED fans may recognise Belfast born Rachel Tucker from her time co-presenting BBC Northern Ireland's The Friday Show with Eamonn Holmes. But Rachel is no stranger to the world of musical theatre, having just finished playing Meat in the Queen/Ben Elton musical We Will Rock You at the Dominion Theatre and also reaching the semi-finals of the hugely popular BBC1 series I'd Do Anything! In fact, Rachel is no stranger to the Land of Oz either, having played Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz at Belfast's Lyric Theatre, for which she won a TMA Theatre Award nomination for 'Best Actress in a Musical'! OZMOPOLITAN will be catching-up with Rachel in a few weeks to see what it feels like to be revisiting Oz and seeing it from a slightly different angle!

Louise Dearman will be joining WICKED fresh from her much acclaimed portrayal of Eva Peron in the UK national tour of Evita. Louise's new role as Glinda will mark her return to the West End having previously appeared in Guys and Dolls at the Piccadilly Theatre. Louise is also about to finish playing opposite musical theatre legend Mickey Rooney in the title role of Cinderella!

WICKED is presented in London by Marc Platt, Universal Pictures, The Araca Group, Jon B. Platt and David Stone. General Management: Act Productions / Nick Salmon, Executive Producer: Michael McCabe.
